We offer easy returns within a 10-day time frame from the day the order is received. We must be notified of the return before it is sent out to us via E-mail or What’s App. Any item returned must be in their original packaging with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we don’t think the items are eligible. The buyer is liable to pay postage for returns and the postage amount initially paid to send out the order is non-refundable. Please note this policy does not apply to Sale items or Party/Formal Wear we do not offer returns or exchanges on these categories. Some items are listed under various categories so please check before purchasing. Upon receiving your package after a return, we will do a quality check and ensure the item is in the same condition it was sent out in. From there on it can take 10 days for us to process your return. Please note we do not accept returns after the 14-day period. If goods are sent back to us after this period without having made us aware that you are sending back goods, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund. Under these circumstances we would need to send the item back to you for which you would be required to pay a shipping charge and you may be liable to pay for a service charge. Please note WE DO NOT offer refunds to the original payment method unless the item is damaged/faulty or is not as described in the product description. In this case we would need to be notified within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery that the item is damaged for you to quality for a full refund. If you are eligible for a refund the refund will be put through within 14 days of us receiving the goods. The refund will be put through to your original payment method. Refunds can take 7-10 business days to show in your account depending on your payment method. PayPal refunds are usually refunded immediately however please allow an extra couple of days for these to show in your account as well.
