Eligibility for Refunds:To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags and original packaging complete.
Please note: We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment unless:
An item is physically damaged/incorrect (must be reported on the day of delivery) then your order will be eligible for a full refund. The above conditions apply in relation to the condition of goods. In the case where a refund is due, refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.
We cannot take responsibility for your parcel until it arrives back to us.

Timeframe for Returns:We offer easy returns within 14 days starting from the day you receive the order. Please note some items are exempt from this policy such as sale, partywear, fancy and bridal items.
